Common areas are monitored by cameras around the clock. Optional in-room monitoring may also be arranged when appropriate for a resident’s needs and with the required consent.

Holly Crest is approximately two minutes from Sachse police and fire services, providing added reassurance when urgent help is needed.

Standard visiting hours are 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. daily, with flexibility available based on individual resident and family needs.

Nurses, caregivers, and advocates committed to creating a home where residents feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for.
Grace and Christian each bring more than 20 years of clinical nursing experience to Holly Crest. Their healthcare backgrounds shape a thoughtful, hands-on approach to residential care—one grounded in careful observation, dependable routines, compassionate support, and clear communication with families.
They believe excellent care is both clinical and deeply personal. That means getting to know every resident, honoring individual preferences, protecting dignity, and creating the warmth and familiarity of home.
